|PMUs||301||EHV stations are defined as substations with voltage rating of 345KV and above. A total of 69 EHV PMU installations were completed for the Implementation Phase of the Project. A device is considered completed when PJM-PDC starts receiving data from it via the TO-PDC. To provide an appropriate count this field represents EHV substations with at least one Phasor Measurement Device. A Phasor Measurement Device could be a single or collection of PMUs or Relays or Digital Fault Recorders (DFRs). A substation may have more than one phasor measurement device, however for this metric a collection or a single device will be counted as one device.||$7,243,987|
|Phasor data concentrators||23||A total of 23 PDC installation were completed for the Implementation Phase of the Project. PJMs PDC is included in the count. One (1) PDC was no longer operational in last reporting period. and will not be replaced. A TO-PDC is considered complete when PJM-PDC starts receiving data from it.
