Time of Use Rate | 2 | 2 | Time-of-Use Base Interruptible Program (TOU-BIP) rate. This rate is available to customers with monthly demands (aggregated) that reach or exceed 200 kW. Customers must choose a Firm Service Level (FSL) that reflects the amount of electricity they will need to meet operational requirements during a TOU-BIP event. They must also choose a participation option, which is the amount of time (15 or 30 minutes) they need to respond to a TOU-BIP event. In addition, customers must commit to reduce at least 15% of maximum demand but no less than 100 kW during TOU-BIP events. |
