Residential Demand Response Evaluation: A Scoping Study

The primary goals of this scoping study were to (1) summarize existing methods for estimating Demand Response, (2) evaluate these methods' abilities to accurately estimate residential Demand Response for the purpose of program evaluation, (3) recommend a preferred approach, and (4) outline any remaining knowledge gaps.
