In accordance with the scope of work and terms of Navigant Consulting's respective engagement letters with the Public Utility Commission of Texas and CenterPoint Energy, Inc., Oncor Electric Delivery Company, LLC and AEP Texas Central Company and AEP Texas North Company, this Report presents the work performed in connection with the requested investigation into various aspects of advanced meters and advanced metering system (AMS) deployment in Texas, including observations and findings of our work, as well as recommendations to enhance communication and further ensure the accuracy of customer billing pursuant to the deployment and use of advanced meters.
