This is a use case document that describes how to create the current Energy Management System (EMS) Production Model for the AREVA Production system using the Network Model Management System (NMMS) software, the selected Network Operations Model Change Requests (NOMCRs) and Special Action Model Requests (SAMRs) as scheduled. The output is a common information model (CIM) / extensible markup language (XML) file that is generated per the resource description file (RDF) specification plus the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) CIM extensions. The Contingency File, Dynamic Ratings File, SPS, and RAP supporting information files should also be packaged and sent with this model.
