This report describes the accomplishments and impacts of the National SCADA Test Bed (NSTB) Control Systems Security Standards Team (CS3T) towards achieving the goals of the project and describes the follow-on efforts that need to be made toward meeting the priority strategies defined in the DOE/DHS Roadmap to Secure Control Systems in the Energy Sector.
