- TOs implement network connection between PMU and PDC
- TOs implement standard Synchrophasor Data Network endpoint configuration to send data from PDC at their site to ISO-NE’s PDC.
- ISO-NE has deployed T1 point-to-point communication circuits from TO PDC locations to ISO-NE PDC.
- ISO-NE has implemented encryption for communications on Synchrophasor Data Network links. |

Region of Stability Existence (ROSE) uses PMU and State Estimation data for on-line calculation and visualization of the current operating point and its proximity to the steady-state stability boundary. ROSE also identifies minimal optimal preventive actions.
2. PhasorPoint system can detect large system disturbances, detect and characterize system oscillations, archive and retrieve historical PMU data, visualize wide area PMU data and provide alarms. The applications considered are Trigger Event Application (TEA), Disturbance Event Management Application (DEMA), Visualization, and Historian. |
