Company Overview
The City of Quincy Utility will receive $2.4 million in funding to develop a smart-grid energy management system. The U.S. Department of Energy selected 100 companies nationwide to receive funding as part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. The smart-grid energy management system will deploy a smart grid network across the entire customer base, including two-way communication and dynamic pricing to reduce utility bills.
