This DOE presentation was presented at the CNLS Smart Grid Seminar Series at Los Alamos National Lab on March 2, 2010. This presentation presents the motivation of the work and the solution proposed for the French transport system operator who has to forecast the next 36 hours of the French electricity consumption for the electricity balance using the IBR (iterative bias correction) package.
