Annex A is about Metrics for the Smart Grid System Report. This annex presents papers covering each of the 20 metrics which were prepared in advance of the main body of the report and collectively form its informational backbone. Annex B is about Electricity Service Provider Interviews. To assess the state of smart-grid deployment, metrics were established to measure these attributes.
